In addition to counselling, my focus is on spiritual practice and helping others to develop and connect to a spirituality which connects them to their heart and brings a sense of purpose and excitement to life.

 

I have trained in Shamanic healing and Reiki and love to offer rituals and ceremony which support others.  I am happy to include these elements into sessions where clients feel there is a fit.  Over the years, I have run a number of meditation and spiritual development groups and my own personal practice includes yoga and walking meditation which helps me connect to nature and supports the work I love.

 

Before training as a Counsellor I worked in industry and understand the importance of integrating counselling and healing into everyday life. I am also a mother of two children.

• B.A.Hons Sociology

 

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP; number 109671) which regulates counsellor’s work.  I receive regular supervision as required by the BACP to ensure best practice on clients' behalf.  I am fully insured.
