Yes, I’m happy to offer a free 20 minute chat before you book an initial session.
I describe my work as supportive, embodied, creative and transpersonal. My approach can include parts work, internal family systems, breathwork, visualisation, sound and movement, shadow work, ritual, neuroscience, de-shaming, inner child work and trauma-aware support.
In the first session, the focus is on me getting to know you and helping you to feel at ease if the counselling environment is unfamiliar. We may focus on the issue that brings you or on your background or current life situation. My role is to support you to feel at ease and check you are comfortable with the pace you share information at.
