Choosing a counsellor is a personal decision.

It is important to find someone you feel comfortable with and with whom you can be yourself.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on. You can simply tell me a little about what has brought you here, and we can begin there.

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, talk about what you are looking for and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

There is no pressure or expectation to continue.

My counselling room

​

I offer in-person counselling from a warm, sunny and private room in East Brighton.

​

There is plenty of free on-street parking nearby.

​

The room is around 10 minutes' walk from Lewes Road bus stops and approximately 20 minutes' walk from Moulsecoomb station.

​

It is also within easy reach of the A23, A24 and A27, making it accessible from Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Worthing and surrounding areas.
